Delete Your Account & Data

PhotoRizz lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 - Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open PhotoRizz and go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion runs immediately on our servers, with full erasure completed within 30 days.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email stan.ts.hung@gmail.com with the subject "PhotoRizz account deletion request" from the address (or with the phone number) associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process the request.

What gets deleted

Your entire account record and everything stored under it: generation history, credit balance, ad-reward and generation-attempt logs, favorite styles, and any other per-account data
Your referral redemption and referral attempt records
All photos in your private storage: every source photo you uploaded (including facial imagery) and every AI-generated photo
Your sign-in account itself (phone, email, or social identifier), deleted last so no data is left orphaned

If any photo files cannot be removed on the first pass, the deletion is queued and completed by an automatic sweep - nothing is silently left behind.

Retention

Personal data and photos are permanently removed within 30 days of a deletion request. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase/transaction records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for tax and fraud-prevention purposes) are retained only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
